Making money online is not easy because it is quite hard to keep yourself concentrated when you are online. There are many distractions on the Internet - emails, reading blogs, chatting on Messenger, viewing forum threads, and currently the newest distraction online: Tweeting on Twitter.

In order to be really successful in making money online, you need to stay focused on what you need to do. In other words, you need to do profitable activities everyday which will directly impact your online income.

Like a brick and mortar business, the owner needs to be doing profitable activities everyday that will directly result in sales. It is the same in internet marketing - if you are not doing things that will directly lead to getting more sales, you are not going to make it online.

Out of all those  activities online, there is one activity which seems to be the most profitable of all. Do you know what is it? Is it building links? Setting up pay-per-click campaign and advertise your site? List-building? Testing & optimization?

No.

It is product creation. By creating your own products (digital products), you will gain the most out of your time and make more money online than you ever imagine possible.

And your product does not need to be a 300-page e-book. Your product can just be a 13-page report… but as long as it creates value, people will buy it. A very good example is Chris Rempel’s The Conduit Method Report. It is 13-page long and it costs $14.95 - but I happily paid him for the report because I feel that it will help me make more money with affiliate marketing, and it really did!

So you should be spending more time to create your own digital products and start selling them online.
