Now, the richest man in the world is India’s Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries Limited. His father has built the company from scratch and after he took over the company, he has earned himself the top place on the Richest Man On Earth list with a 63 Billion net worth.

His business is considered a brick and mortar business, and the majority of businessmen who made the list are mostly running brick and mortar businesses. Does it mean that for an online business to get into the list is impossible? Not at all… Google’s founders has done us proud by getting themselves into the billionaire list with billions of net worth each.

The scalability of an online business is truly amazing, and as we can see, Facebook is getting more and more popular, and its worth has shot up hundreds fold since it burst into the online scene years ago.

I still truly believe that with the combination of online businesses’ initiatives and brick and mortar businesses’ stability, it will definitely scale a company to a brand new height, breaking all records in the very near future.
