Time for some ranting… All right, in short, a BUM marketer is someone who writes articles to promote products, especially affiliate products. These articles are keyword-optimized, and the BUM marketer will make sure that the articles he write will appear on the first page of search engines, for very niche keywords like “how to lose 5 pounds of weight in 10days”.

So as you can see, with effective bum marketing and SEO technique, you will not need a website to make money online. However, many bum marketers are struggling to churn out consistent online income monthly. Why is this so?

The most difficult thing about being a successful bum marketer is to be consistent in writing and researching. To build your online income through bum marketing, you will need to churn out at least 50 articles weekly at the beginning.  Of course you can outsource your article writing to freelance writers… but if you really want to understand the art of bum marketing, it is best for you to go through the process of writing the articles yourself first.

Researching of niche keywords is another problem that is constantly faced by bum marketer. No matter how well you write an article, if the keywords that you are targeting for that article have millions of competitors, it is quite impossible to make your article appears on the first page of search engine.

For my take, I feel that to be successful in bum marketing, you need to practice and continue to spot new trends. Practice writing articles till you are able to churn out at least 4 informative and keyword optimized articles in 1 hour (which is approximately 1 article per 10 minutes  + 20 minutes break)

Promote as many products as you can. As time goes by, if you are still there churning out articles and spotting new trends, you will have no problem making a substantial income online.
